Individual Training
Plan A ~ Get off on the right track. Assessment, goal setting, tips for success. Nutrition will be discussed. $20 per person.
Plan B ~ Safe and effective workout. Same as Plan A with the addition of a cardio and strength training program designed specifically for your needs and goals. $35 per hour.
Plan C ~ Along for the ride. This is your total package. Karla will be beside you every step of the way. No contract is necessary; however, discounts are given for three or more visits. Initial visit $50, each additional visit $25 per hour.
Learn diet and nutrition facts and fictions. Reading food labels, how to count calories and general diet guidelines will be discussed. Meal planning is available as well. Karla will reinforce the importance of proper nutrition by customizing a meal plan based on your personal needs and goals. Let this research and knowledge get you on the right track to a healthier you. $40 per hour or $25 for one-half hour.
Group Training For Youth
8 Training sessions in a 4 week block. Initial session consists of individual assessments designed to place young athletes in the appropriate age and skill grouping. Each session is 50 minutes and is performed in groups of 4 to 6 participants. Cost is $80 for entire program or may be paid on a per-session basis at $15 per session.
Group I - The Jump Start - ages 7-11. These are critical years for motor skill development.
Group II - Ages 10-13. Perfect ages for body weight strength & speed training.
Group III - Ages 12-15. Progressive stability, strength, speed, agility and muscle control combined with flexibility.
Group IV - Ages 14-18 - Peak Performance. Enhancing strength, power, change of direction, speed acceleration and deceleration, explosive jumping, injury prevention and recovery.
This program is sure to increase your performance no matter what sport you enjoy. Eight training sessions in four weeks. Gain functional strangth, increase agility and balance, notice considerable increase in core stability, work out tight muscles by becoming more flexible, improve muscle awareness. $200, which is a savings of $56 compared to individual sessions.
